I was referred to Terry Davis at Get Roofed by my neighbor and I couldn’t have asked for a better project manager for my roof replacement. Terry walked me through every step and made a daunting process into an incredibly smooth process. He even came out to the house when the insurance adjuster was there to help ensure no details were left out of the claim. I never felt pressured to rush any decisions and he was diligent with the insurance adjuster to ensure final payment. The day of the roof install, I was impressed with how quickly they had it finished. Terry was always on top of the smallest details and took extra time to check that all the nails were picked up so my dog didn’t step on any.

We have been in our home for about 5 years and have always hated the red/orangish roof. So, when the roof started leaking we knew it was time to invest. I was at work and Deen Slagle with Get Roofed Texas came in handing out his business cards. I told I’m that my roof was leaking and the rest is history. Deen came straight to my house not knowing if he had our business, climbed on my roof and put a tarp on it, so there would be no further damage. That right there my friends is customer service. A leak was the first clue that we had a problem. After contacting several roofing companies, we learned that our roof, which had been replaced by another (now out of business) company a few years ago, was in extremely poor shape and needed to be completely replaced. What set Get Roofed apart was the way they came alongside us. They supported the church as we made necessary short-term repairs, as well as advised us as we navigated the difficult and often confusing process of submitting a claim to the manufacturer. When our claim was accepted, it was an easy choice calling Get Roofed to come complete the job. Their team showed up as scheduled, got right to work, and in a couple days our entire church had a brand new roof! The Get Roofed team was helpful, professional, and all-around outstanding. We have been looking for a good quality and reliable contractor for a little while. They are hard to come by. Let me tell you…Deen Slagle with Get Roofed LLC killed it. He was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable! We got a complete new roof and full wrap around seamless gutters covered by insurance because of this guy. We also wanted some other work done and he picked the perfect couple that worked together and did an outstanding job! We got chimney redone in hardy board, new facia all the way around, spot repairs on outside trim, caulking and painted everything. Not only that, everything was complete in 3 days.
